These Vendor Terms apply specifically to businesses listing and operating on junto, in addition to junto's general Terms of Service. By applying to list on junto, you agree to be bound by both. junto is operated by junto Pty Ltd (ABN 94 113 046 223). For questions, contact hello@getjunto.com.au.
To list on junto, you must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and operate a genuine event-services business in an eligible category. All applications are subject to approval at junto's sole discretion, and junto reserves the right to decline or revoke any application or listing without explanation.
Vendors agree to pay junto a commission on bookings completed through the platform:
Commission is charged only on confirmed bookings where a deposit has been paid through the platform. No commission is charged on enquiries, quotes, or bookings that do not complete through junto. Where you offer a fixed-price package under more than one payment option (Full Payment, Deposit, or Free Cancellation), commission applies at the same rate regardless of which option the host chooses, calculated on the price of that option.
Deposits and balance payments made by a host are collected through junto's payment partner (Stripe) and held until 7 days before the event date, at which point they become payable to you, net of junto's commission, via Stripe Connect to the bank account linked to your vendor account. You can see the status and expected release date of every payout from your vendor dashboard. Standard Stripe processing times and any Stripe fees for your account type apply once a payout is released.
Vendors must keep their profile accurate and current at all times, including:
junto reserves the right to request changes to a profile, or to suspend a listing, where profile information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of these terms.
As a listed vendor, you agree to:
Vendors must not direct hosts who enquired through junto to complete a booking outside the platform in order to avoid commission on that booking. Circumventing junto in this way is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your listing, in addition to any commission owed being recoverable by junto.
This does not prevent ordinary, unrelated business conducted with a client outside of junto - it applies specifically to bookings that originated from a junto enquiry.
Hosts can leave a review of your business following a completed booking, and you can leave a review of the host in return. Both reviews are moderated before they're published. Reviews must be genuine and based on an actual booking. Vendors must not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews, and must not submit, solicit, or ask a host to remove or alter a review other than by reporting it to junto as breaching these terms or our community standards.
junto may suspend or terminate your vendor listing at any time for breach of these terms, the general Terms of Service, or for any other reason at junto's reasonable discretion - including but not limited to repeated inaccurate profile information, poor conduct toward hosts, or off-platform circumvention. You may close your vendor account at any time by contacting hello@getjunto.com.au.
Any commission owed on completed bookings prior to termination remains payable. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and commission obligations) will do so.
These Vendor Terms supplement, and do not replace, junto's general Terms of Service, which continue to apply to your use of the platform. Where there is a direct conflict between these Vendor Terms and the general Terms of Service on a vendor-specific matter, these Vendor Terms take precedence.
junto may update these Vendor Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in your vendor dashboard. Continued listing on junto after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
