What is the founding vendor rate and how long does it last?

Founding vendors who join during early access lock in an 8% commission rate permanently. The standard rate for vendors who join after launch is 12%. Your founding rate stays with you for as long as your account is active - it will never increase, regardless of future pricing changes to the platform.
How quickly will I get enquiries?

Most professionals receive their first enquiry within 48-72 hours of going live. Profiles with clear pricing, strong photos, and detailed service descriptions get matched faster.
What types of professionals can list on junto?

junto covers 12 categories: Venues, Photography, Cakes & Desserts, Catering, Decoration & Styling, Florists, DJs & Music, Kids Entertainment, Hair & Makeup, Videography, Planning & Coordination, and Photobooths. If your business fits one of these categories, you are welcome to apply. Don't see your category listed? Get in touch - we are always reviewing new categories as junto grows.
How does availability work?

You set your available dates directly in your junto dashboard. Hosts only see your profile when you are marked as free on their requested date - so every enquiry you receive is from someone looking to book you on a day you are actually available.
What is the difference between instant confirm and quote requests?

Instant confirm lets hosts lock in your standard packages immediately - you set the price and availability, they click confirm. Quote requests are for bespoke services - the host describes their event, you send a tailored quote. You can offer both on the same profile.
Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. No lock-in contracts. Listing on junto is free - there are no ongoing fees to cancel. You can pause or deactivate your profile from your account settings at any time. Commission is only charged on bookings that complete through the platform.
